They were completely transparent throughout, went to great lengths to get updates from venders and solicitors to ensure we were always fully informed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they were always at the end of the phone when we needed help, advice or guidance. They were so dedicated to supporting us as the buyer we know how amazing they would be if we were a seller.
